Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended pending verification. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 368ph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. 368ph employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to that individual will be suspended, and any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. 368ph is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 368ph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 368ph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify 368ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
368ph is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by 368ph for KYC purposes, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 368ph may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.
368ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. 368ph does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits are credited to your 368ph wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same banking day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST), or the next banking day for requests submitted after that cutoff.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed KYC verification and satisfied any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses credited to your account. 368ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will only be made to accounts held in your own name. 368ph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
All transactions on 368ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Where a deposit is made in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the rate determined by the relevant payment provider at the time of the transaction. 368ph is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.
Tip: To avoid delays, ensure your 368ph account name exactly matches the name registered on your GCash, PayMaya, or bank account. Mismatched names are the most common cause of withdrawal processing delays.
368ph offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
368ph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players to accumulate bonus funds. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at the sole discretion of 368ph.
368ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of their opt-in, except where the modification is required by applicable law or regulation.

The availability of specific games may vary based on your location, device, and applicable regulations. 368ph reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from the Platform at any time without prior notice.
All games on 368ph that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems used by 368ph game providers are independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Past game results have no influence on future outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, 368ph reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the player's account. 368ph is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. Where a malfunction results in an erroneous display of winnings, the correct payout as determined by the game's underlying logic shall apply.

368ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 368ph account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
368ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Note: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 368ph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
You may close your 368ph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
368ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: you have breached any provision of these Terms; we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account; or you have provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, 368ph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including real-money funds, where such forfeiture is permitted by applicable law. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 10, 11, and 14 — shall continue in full force and effect following account closure.
368ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 368ph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the 368ph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amendments take effect.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and 368ph, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
368ph's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
